Day 1 – Arrive in Cairns
Arrive in Cairns. Your private airport transfer will meet you and take you to your hotel.
Check into your luxury accommodation – Riley, a Cystalbrook Collection Resort.
Day 2 – The Great Barrier Reef
Travel with style and speed on a comfortable 20-metre motor catamaran. This reef cruise provides you with a first-class way to experience two unique Great Barrier Reef sites, without the crowds.

Day 3 – Kuranda Scenic Railway
Experience one of the most unique rail journeys in Australia. Today you will discover the living colour and natural beauty of a world heritage-listed rainforest that’s millions of years old.
Experience your scenic journey in the luxury Gold Class with handcrafted Victorian-inspired decor and club class lounge seating. Enjoy a drink and dine on locally produced delicacies brought to you by your dedicated Gold Class Attendant as this famous railway winds it’s way on a journey from Cairns to Kuranda, the village in the rainforest, with Freshwater situated along the line with views of the surrounding mountains. Rising from sea level to 328 metres, the journey to Kuranda passes spectacular waterfalls and into the stunning Barron Gorge.
Your journey includes an English commentary and all passengers receive a commentary companion which includes information on the history of the railway’s construction, a trip map and a map of Kuranda. Upon reaching the village of Kuranda a rich assortment of interesting attractions and unique shopping experiences awaits you.
Day 4 – Reef to the Rainforest
Your driver will pick you up and transfer you to Daintree Ecolodge – your home in the rainforest for the next few days.
Day 5 – Walkabout Cultural Adventure
Your amazing local guide will pick you up for a half-day cultural tour of Mossman, Mossman Gorge and Daintree River area. Discover the Kuku Yalanji people’s environment, learn about different foods and medicines utilised from nature, sample some bush tucker, collect shellfish and try traditional Aboriginal hunting practices.
Have a go at boomerang and spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab.
Day 6 – A Walk Through Time
There are an array of activities you can take part in, or just relax at the resort spa. We also have an included 1.5 hour light walking tour around the Ecolodge property and up to the onsite waterfall. Learn about the unique and amazing plants, insects, birds and other wildlife that surround us. Much of the wildlife you will see here cannot be found anywhere else in the world, with some species dating back 135 million years.
Day 7 – From the coast to the outback
Enjoy your last morning waking up to the sound of the rainforest.
Your private transfer will pick you up and return you back to Cairns to board an amazing scenic helicopter flight to Mount Mulligan Lodge deep in the outback of Queensland.
Day 8 – 10 – The Outback
Located 150kms north-west of Cairns, Mt Mulligan Lodge offers luxury outback accommodation on a secluded 28,000-hectare heritage property in remote Far North Queensland.

Day 11 – Goodbye Outback
Take in view of the mountain range as your helicopter transfer takes you back to Cairns.

Mount Mulligan Lodge Offers an all-inclusive luxury stay in the shadow of majestic Mount Mulligan, the lodge features four different accommodation types, a beautifully designed main pavilion for guest meals and relaxation, an infinity pool and sunset bar.
